We are eager to host school leaders, deans and staff who engage with learners in course planning and transitions to further study and workplace investigation. Don't miss the opportunity to tour businesses and talk face to face with industry and get an understanding of how secondary schools play a key role in workplace skill development.

During the tour you will visit a range of enterprises and sectors such as construction, roading, agriculture, iwi business opportunities, manufacturing, distribution, technology, communication, and design.

More details will become available in the New Year. Tours start at 8.30am and will conclude at 3pm. Lunch will be provided as part of each tour.

The aim of these tours is to help connect educators with Manawatū and district enterprises, developing relationship and knowledge to gain understanding of the skills and talent needs of the current and future workforce.

Ministry of Education, Central Economic Development Agency, Universal College of Learning, Talent Central, Manawatū Business Chamber and Feilding and District Promotions have connected and collaborated to co-create the Education Enterprise Tour Event.
