Former Spark CEO, Simon Moutter is one of New Zealand’s most successful change-makers. His innovation and leadership was pivotal in the reinvention of Telecom to Spark, to better reflect the fast-changing new world of digital services in which the business now operates.

Simon also led the company to become a more diverse and inclusive organisation launching an ongoing and wide-ranging programme in 2017 to grow a truly inclusive and diverse culture. Simon is currently on several company boards including the Commonwealth Bank and Agility CIS – an Auckland based software company that is making its mark internationally.
