Daniel Eb is a brand and marketing strategist driving Aotearoa’s shift to a just, regenerative food system. Through his agency, Dirt Road Comms, he supports purpose-driven food and farming organisations. A Nuffield scholar and founder of Open Farms – a national open farm day reconnecting urban Kiwis with land, food, and farmers – he is a storyteller and speaker.

Christiana Zhu is a Kiwi entrepreneur based in Shanghai, leading innovation in sustainable food and business. She’s the Founder-CEO of Marvelous Foods, co-founder of Good Trash, and Innovation and ESG partner at Tribal Brands Asia. Field Trips – Monday 26 May
Attendees can also join one of four half-day field trips exploring different aspects of the food and fibre value chain in Manawatū, concluding with a bespoke rural dinner. This intimate dinner at Grassmere Farm offers a chance to connect with fellow attendees and select speakers, setting the scene for the E Tipu Summit.
The field trips will take place from 1.30–5.00 pm. Dinner will take place at Grassmere Farm from 5.30–8.00 pm.
