New Resource Hub for the Visitor Sector Launched

New Resource Hub for the Visitor Sector launched

Now live on ManawatuNZ.co.nz, this new digital hub has been designed to specifically support local businesses working in the visitor sector, including accommodation providers, activities, retail, and even hospitality.

It will also make collectively promoting Manawatū as a visitor destination easier than ever, with simple to use resources, content, guides and more.

The hub contains a raft of resources, so whether you're a local business wanting to upskill or leverage key tools, an inbound trade operator looking to see what Manawatū can offer your customers, or a media team wanting to showcase the region - the Resource Hub has what you're looking for with its key focus areas of Industry, Trade and Media.

The Resource Hub consists of three key areas, or 'Hubs', within the Resource Hub. These are:

The Industry Hub: As the Regional Tourism Organisation for Manawatū, CEDA provides a range of industry resources and tools for businesses. From training videos and booklets to data and insights, marketing updates and opportunities, as well as access to key regional imagery and videos through our visual library. This new hub will help streamline our support for the sector with tools that can be easily accessed by businesses wanting to upskill their marketing, or better understand the travel trade pipeline.

The Trade Hub: In-bound trade operators can access our region's accommodation, attraction and group dining directories as well as itinerary suggestions for visitors, whether they be small FIT groups or medium coach tours. They can also request Trade Fact Sheets for the region’s key, commissionable product.

The Media Hub: Media and content creators, and even business owners, can access imagery and written copy that represents the best of Manawatū, with stunning on-brand imagery and blurbs that put our region's best foot forward and aligns with our Destination Management Plan and regional identity.
